Before the EU budget summit there were questions in Czech and Slovak media if Poland and Hungary’s statement means the end of the Visegrad Group because of diversity in governments’ positions in a crucial for the European Union matter, analyst Łukasz Ogrodnik told EURACTIV.pl.
